Conditions for returning parts
In case of return accepted by Insurance/Fleet/Other, the claimed part is reversed.
In case of an accepted return with a penalty, it is reversed to the Insurance Company/Fleet/Others and the penalty is charged to the company that processed the order.
In case of a refused return, it is reversed to the Insurance Company/Fleet/Others and re-invoiced for the company that processed the order.
The return of the goods is accepted on the condition that the Buyer announces the return intention in advance electronically via Webcat/Administration/Post-Sales Services/Return and receives from the Seller electronically the given decision:
- if it is proven that the Seller identified, offered or delivered incorrectly;
- in the case of the Buyer's wrong orders, provided that the Buyer announces within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the goods the intention to return.
The parts will be returned within a maximum of 5 working days from the acceptance of the return, accompanied by the goods return form and the Consignment notice accompanying the goods.
The return goods form and the Consignment notice accompanying the goods must be signed and stamped by the buyer.
The seller reserves the right to modify the decision initially given, depending on the findings obtained at the time of receiving the return.
The return invoice will also include any "return expenses" (which represent expenses generated by the return: transport, handling, verification, etc.).
The seller reserves the right to charge return charges according to the contract, as follows:
• In the case of stock parts:
i. up to 20 days from the date of invoicing shall be accepted as a return without "return expenses";
ii. between 21 and 30 days shall be accepted as a return with 10 % of the purchase price;
iii. more than 30 days' shall be accepted with 'return expenses' of 20 % of the purchase price.
• In the case of original parts and special orders: between 0% and 50%of the purchase price, depending on the decision of the concerned supplier in accordance with the contractual provisions between the parties.
The following are not accepted as returns:
- goods sold in promotion
- goods wrapped in other than the original packaging
- goods with damaged packaging
- goods that show traces of assembly or are dirty
- goods marketed by other economic agents
- parts that have not been checked before mounting on interchangeability and have been painted, welded, etc.
- goods returned without complying with the provisions of this contract
- original parts and special orders where the seal is attached for: electronic parts, engine control units , command modules, computers, airbags, airbags, airbag spirals, keys, key hubs.
Belts and distribution kits are not accepted as a return and the packaging of which has been unfolded, glued, have a broken seal or show traces of intrusion.
