Dear partners of Autonet Import S.R.L.,

The guarantee certificates that come into force on 01.11.2017 are designed in two categories: guarantee certificates for legal entities and guarantee certificates for natural persons.

In the case of accumulators (for motor vehicles/ stationary/ traction), the guarantee certificate for legal entities and the guarantee certificate for natural persons are found in a single form, which will be attached to the products delivered by Autonet Import S.R.L.

For battery products (for motor vehicles/stationary/traction vehicles) the Consumer/Buyer will obligatorily notify one of the service units agreed by Autonet Import S.R.L. of the existence of a warranty case, the list of which can be found on the website www .autonet-group.ro and can be downloaded.

In the case of warranty certificates for legal entities, there is no obligation for them to accompany the products.

In the case of guarantee certificates for individuals, the Autonet Import S.R.L. partners, as the final Seller, have the obligation to complete the blank fields of the warranty certificates and to hand over the warranty certificates to consumers, in accordance with the law.

All warranty certificates, in a standardized form, can be found on the website www.autonet-group.ro, and can be downloaded.

For Bosch brand products, the warranty certificates are issued by the product importer Bosch România SRL and can be found on the website www.autonet-group.ro, where they can be downloaded.

Warranty certificates are identified by the following numbers:

Form no. 07.11.10 – general guarantee certificate for natural persons;

Form no. 07.11.12 – QWP product warranty certificate (except batteries) for individuals;

Form no. 07.11.20 – turbocharger warranty certificate for natural persons;

Form no. 07.11.16 – guarantee certificate for "Thule" products for individuals;

Form no. 07.11.14 – tire warranty certificate for individuals;

Form no. 07.11.23 – battery guarantee certificate, shared by individuals and legal entities;

We mention that Autonet Import SRL does not sell products directly to natural persons and that the sale of products to natural persons will be done by economic agents who have the capacity of final seller.

Form no. 07.11.11 – general guarantee certificate for legal entities;

Form no. 07.11.13 – warranty certificate for QWP products (except batteries) for legal entities;

Form no. 07.11.21 – turbocharger warranty certificate for legal entities;

Form no. 07.11.17 – guarantee certificate for "Thule" products for legal entities;

Form no. 07.11.15 – tire warranty certificate for legal entities;

Form no. 07.11.22 – service equipment warranty certificate for legal entities;

The return invoice will also include any "return expenses" (which represent expenses generated by return: transport, handling, verification, etc.).
