 Dear Partners,

Autonet Import company pays a special importance to the services offered, services that you need in order to be successful and in the future in your field of activity. In order for these services to be at the highest level, our company pays special attention to human, IT and logistical resources, and we permanently  invest in their development.

In order to ensure quality services, we organized a survey on WebCat in which, to our satisfaction, you participated in a very large number. The result of this survey presented a real mirror of the image of our company, as you perceive it.

Another aspect treated with special importance is the priority support of the partners loyal to the development principles of Autonet Import.

Taking into account all these aspects, our company has decided that, starting with 01.08.2012, to give special priority on supporting partners who achieve a minimum monthly turnover of 1,350 RON without VAT *.

These partners will  continue to benefit free of charge from the following services:

• Access to the WebCat e-catalog**
• Trusty support of the Customer Relationship Department
• Best quality offer system
• Support from our technical team, with extensive experience in the field
• Transport to the delivery address of the Buyer."

The monthly operational cost of the listed services amounts to RON 200 + VAT, a cost calculated at the level of the partner. By paying this amount, customers who do not carry out the minimum turnover mentioned above can also benefit from these services, and these amounts will be invested in the continuous improvement of the services offered.

We are convinced that through this decision we will be able to improve the services offered to Autonet partners.
