Remote diagnosis

Using the Autonet Remote concept, you can benefit from multiple services, such as control unit and tow bar programming. Through the Autonet Remote interface (Wi-Fi), you can use the browser to log on any device: PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Once the user is logged on the platform, a service ticket is created, and you are informed regarding the operations that follow. The auto technician connects the remote diagnosis interface to the vehicle’s OBD connector and can communicate in real time with the Autonet diagnosis specialist, through the chat function. If additional operations are necessary during error diagnosis, such as certain voltage measurements, which are not possible via the OBD system, these can be carried out by the auto technician.

Economy and efficiency
